MEET OUR TRAINERS
RACHEL TEMPLE
Prior to starting RT Fitness, Rachel went to school and received her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing. During her time as a nurse she found a love for nutrition and weight training, and she went on to participate in her first NPC bikini show in 2015 and became nationally qualified. She went on to compete in 4 more shows over the next year. In 2016, Rachel started RT Fitness as a women only focused group training camp with focus primarily on weight training and incorporated HITT. It was a personal goal to not only guide women in their fitness journey, but create an environment where they felt comfortable learning without the setting of a traditional gym. With expanding to the new facility, Aerofit Health Club, she hopes to lead an even greater population to a healthy lifestyle.
TRENT TISDELL
Trent has been a trainer for eight years. He has a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and a personal training certification through NASM with many specialty certifications to go along with it. When starting his career, he focused mostly on bodybuilding where he competed in Men’s Physique competitions, earning two sponsorships and getting to travel all over the country for fitness expos. Trent and his wife moved back to Paris in 2018, and he started working at RT Fitness. Trent has a passion for helping people! He is constantly studying the literature to make sure he is providing the best experience for his clients and always growing as a trainer.
ASHLEY BABB
Ashley Babb is a working woman + wife + mama, Ashley understands what it means to take care of everyone else she must take care of herself. {can’t pour from an empty cup} This is why she pursued and received her certification as a Health Coach. She is passionate about helping people physically, mentally + emotionally. She wants to help others pursue a lifestyle change.
Ashley has taught/lead several style fitness groups/classes in the Paris area and is excited about what the future holds.
KRISTI YOUNG
After many years of high impact exercise and developing injuries, Kristi incorporated yoga into her life and loves the many benefits it offers.
Her classes are gentle flow; focusing on relaxation, strength, injury prevention, flexibility, and stress relief. She also offers hot yoga, which is beneficial Kristi is a Certified Fitness Specialist through The Cooper Institute in Dallas, TX. Come relax with Kristi!
TASHA ROBINSON
Tasha has spent the past couple of years dedicating herself daily to achieving a healthier fitness lifestyle. Tasha, a devoted wife and mother of two, discovered a passion for encouraging others while being encouraged herself to meet all goals no matter how big or small since joining RT fitness. Tasha looks forward to incorporating an exciting addition to Aerofit through Tone&Move hip-hop dance class. She looks forward to welcoming those who want to mix a little flavor with their fitness routine! Tasha cannot wait to be a part of the Aerofit team, trusting it will be a great investment to our community!
JOHN YOUNG
John is currently employed full time at PRMC as a certified surgical technologist. John has a passion for health and fitness and has always strived to better himself and those around him since he began his own fitness journey in 2016. John is currently working on certifications in personal training and sports nutrition through the National Council on Strength and Fitness and is excited to bring his knowledge and experience to those of you looking to take that next step in your own fitness journey.
JENNIFER KUHLENGEL
Jennifer is a full time wife, mom of two boys, and a teacher. She has been a part of RTfitness for over three years where she has been eager to learn and has quickly gained, and expanded, her knowledge of nutrition & training. Along her personal journey to a healthy sustainable lifestyle she found her desire to help others with their own fitness journey! Jennifer is currently working on her Performance Nutrition Certification, and Personal Training & Athletic Coaching Certification. She CAN NOT wait to utilize her knowledge and passion for fitness to help others set, and crush their goals!!
CHRIS & ASHLEY
CONKLIN
Chris and Ashley have been teaching boxing and kickboxing focused workouts for over 10 years. Staying active and trying different training philosophies is something that they have always been passionate about. They are so excited to be a part of the Aerofit team and help others with their fitness goals
GALEN MCANENEY
Galen started his personal training career at 19, where he worked full time as a personal trainer for 7 years. After falling away from fitness and working hard to get back in shape, he has developed a new passion for not just helping people get healthier, but helping them find ways to make fitness a sustainable and realistic goal for their everyday lives. Galen currently works full time for Hopkins County EMS and has seen first hand how important exercise is for longevity. HILARY HUTCHESON
Hilary has seen firsthand how important the right support system can be for all types of health. She joined Aerofit to take RT Fitness in Fall 2021, and shortly after in June added cardio kickboxing. She became a cardio kickboxing instructor in July of 2023 and went on to get her certification for personal training and nutrition. KYETTA WILSON
Kyetta has been a full-time employee at Huhtamaki for the last 7 years. She has always had a love for fitness and helping people. She is certified through NASM, and is knowledgeable in many aspects of strength training coupled with intensity and endurance training. She looks forward to growing her clientele at Aerofit.
